* Westerbeke does not offer a counter pick-up option. All orders will be shipped and cannot be picked-up at Westerbeke.

*All orders are subject to applicable sales tax. We cannot process tax exempt orders or honor requests for tax exemption.

Westerbeke ships orders Monday through Friday except for certain holidays. We will make every effort to ship your order the same day if your order is received before 12:00 Eastern Time. If not, your order will ship the next business day. Next-day and two-day orders will be shipped the same day if your order is received before 12:00 Eastern Time.

Parts prices do not include shipping, taxes, duties, insurance or other applicable charges. All taxes, duties, brokerage fees and other such charges associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer at time of delivery. We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa. NOTE: After you place your order, some credit card companies may send you a notice of a "pending charge" on your account. Westerbeke does not charge your credit card until your order is shipped.

RETURNS: Any and all returns must be received by Westerbeke within 30 days of Buyer's order purchasing the merchandise.  Click here for the complete list of terms and conditions of sale.

Please note: UPS next day and UPS 2-day shipments are delivered Monday through Friday, not on weekend days or recognized holidays. Weekend delivery is not available.
